Adcock Land and Livestock and Circle A is a family owned corporation located in the heart of the State of Illinois. The main farm operation is centralized in Christian County approximately two miles north of Assumption. We are a progressive operation motivated by obtaining maximum profitability for landowners, cattleman and ourselves while conserving our most valuable resources—the land and our reputation.
Cattle Operations
At A.L.L. Angus and Circle A Simmentals, we actively address producing the kind of breeding cattle that will not only exhibit positive results in the show ring, but will procreate offspring that can actually impact the breed long after the adhesive is washed out. We are not ashamed to admit that the only thing we enjoy more than winning is to watch those who have purchased cattle from us, win championships as well. Each year Angus and Simmental heifers carrying the A.L.L., Circle A and PVF prefix are among the most competitive at Junior and Open shows at the Sate and National levels. To achieve ongoing successes, we aggressively use the latest technologies, genetics and are constantly upgrading the Angus and Simmental herds through active participation in donor programs.
A.L.L. Angus and Circle A Simmental cattle demonstrate commonality in their traits. They are going to be thick, big topped, smooth in the shoulder, extended fronted, structurally correct, with docile dispositions and exhibit excellent fleshing ability on forage. The selection criteria bar has been set extremely high for each Angus and Simmental animal that remains in our program or is to be sold to our customers as purebred representatives of the breed.

The excitement surrounding Angus bull PVF ALL Payday 729 started during the 2007 National Angus Tour when Payday was on display for Angus breeders to preview his new, fresh genetics backed by an extremely successful cow family from the Prairie View Farms and Adcock Land and Livestock Angus herd. Most recently, thousands of cattleman viewed him at the 2008 National Western Stock Show in Denver appreciating his youthful muscle, soundness and unique pedigree.
In his first outing, Payday sired the calf champion Angus and Percentage Simmental females at the 2009 Illinois State Fair and 2009 World Beef Expo.

Angus bull SAV Payroll 5281 is destined to be a real cow maker - naturally thick, deep, easy fleshing and loaded with muscle from front to back. He tipped the scales with a 205 day weight of 972 lbs. for a weaning ratio of 113, generating EPD's for weaning and yearling weight in the upper 1% of the Angus breed. SAV Payroll 5281 has all the essentials to become one of the greatest breeding bulls of his era with tremendous power potential for the show ring and the bull test.

Angus bull SAV New Year 5320 has established his presence among the top herd sire prospects, combining powerful phenotype with an impeccable pedigree. He is a calving ease bull earning a 205 day weight of 899 lbs. for a weaning ratio of 105 with EPDs in the upper percentiles of the Angus Breed. New Year had a 78 # BW, 899 # WW and 1511 # YW. His EPDs for growth and maternal traits rank in the top 5% of the breed, while at the same time maintaining a BW EPD of only +2.2. He had one of the largest REA measured at 17.4, increasing his EPD to +0.84. His IMF score of 4.33 increased his EPD to +0.03.
His dam by Bando 5175 has had 3 calves at a 108 WW ratio. Her dam, SAV Madame Pride 8264, by Right Time, was the featured and high selling female of the SAV sale, selling for $97,500.

Simmental bull SS UNDREAMABULL R308 is a homozygous black son of the extremely popular Simmental bull Dream On. UNDREAMABULL is flawless in his make up, being big ribbed, soft made and sound moving with a super clean front end. In addition, he is one of the few homozygous black sons of Dream On available.
Farming Operations:
Circle A prides itself on offering the landowners a “full service” farming operation. These services include:
